You mean 20€?
Well looks like he is said, after the decision of the supreme court here,to cancel the pact of the new sea borders. The court here stated clearly that Albania losed a lot from that pact and Greece was trying to gain,255km2,are in which is supposed to be located some oil, which Greece would have liked to gain, although, looks like Papandreou, isn't happy with the courts decision

Well the days of Greeks travelling on luxury flights should be over, so Papeandrou had better cough up the 20 Euros . Anyway how come the Supreme Court is allowed to strike down the deal? Is there anything in the Albanian constitution that prohibits it?

The issue is about underwater soil, at the moment there is no international law that regulates the division of the border over the sea shelf, even USA doesn't make such deals ,the deal with greece was a premature one, as greeks consider cliffs that meet the surface as islands, thus they would have gained more territory by applying the conventional principle in an unprecedented way, you can not just divide the soil the same as waters and air space, waters and air can be for international use but soil can't. Before the most of world countries reach up a convention about the division of the soil under water, it would be illegal according to Albanian constitution to make an agreement. The supreme court decision was pretty fair.
